Welcome to Houston Ace Card Show. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, event registrations, giveaways, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Event Policies

• Admission: Entry to the Houston Ace Card Show is subject to venue capacity and event rules. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct we deem disorderly or who fails to comply with event rules.
• Giveaways & Raffles: To win any giveaway or raffle prize, attendees must be present at the venue at the time of the drawing. No exceptions will be made. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vendor Tables: Vendor table bookings are handled through our third-party partner, OnTreasure. Vendor terms, conditions, and cancellation policies are governed by the specific vendor agreement provided during the booking process.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Houston Ace Card Show offers an SMS messaging program to provide event updates, giveaway notifications, and promotional offers. By opting into our SMS program via our web forms, you agree to the following terms:

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency will vary based on event schedules and promotional campaigns. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us at the address provided at the bottom of these Terms.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and design, is the property of Houston Ace Card Show or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Ace Card Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party at the event; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
